I have been staff on many a servers years over and I know having the role of admin, especially on such a chill server like this, would be a great bonus for the server and myself. I have former experience leading staff teams, doing "paperwork" (aka gay ass forums Icefuse made us fill out)  and just being a good staff member. I also really love our community, and all of the staff and users in it, and want to see it thrive and prosper as it has been for more than a month now thanks to a combined effort from everyone. Overall, my experience alone would qualify me for admin but I really love our server and I want to put my time into it here improving myself and the server, and the cool ass community that goes along with it.  Do any staff recommend you for admin?: Babyeater.  Do you understand that abusing admin powers can and will result in a perm ban?: Yes. How many strikes do you have, if any?: Zilch. Scenarios, only do 3 You have reports of a player exploiting, what do you do?:  Spectate them to see what they are doing. Most things can be solved with spectating. Warn and punish accordingly if need be.  A player is running around mic spamming the hard r, what do you do?: Give them a verbal warning and a talking to at first, then if they continue warn then ban accordingly.  A player is upset because they were called a fag during a raid, what do you do?: Apologize and remind them of our freedom of speech rule and how you can say what you want within reason.  Thank you for your consideration, all feedback is wanted.  :)[/color]
